Ms Kelly Lee joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) in 2013. She works within the Policy and Secretariat Services Unit of the Listing Division, and has been involved in HKEX’s major listing policy. She is leading the corporate governance, diversity and ESG regulatory initiatives in recent years. Ms. Lee is currently a member of the Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Panel of the Financial Reporting Standards Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also an advisor to the Climate Change Framework for Building and Construction initiative under the Sustainable Development Committee of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

Prior to joining HKEX, Ms Lee was a senior associate practicing corporate and securities law in Hong Kong. Ms Lee graduated from the University of Hong Kong with two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Law) and Laws. She is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and in England & Wales.

Lapman Lee is a Professor of Practice (ESG, FinTech, Governance) and a convenor of the HK Polytechnic University Corporate Sustainability & Sustainable Finance Center (CESEF).

He advises boards and CEOs of listed companies but also policymakers and regulators on governance and risk management and was a Deloitte regulatory affairs & risk partner, where he focused on the financial services industry.

Lapman is also an Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research (part of HKMA) advisory council member for applied research and a Vice Chair of the British Chamber Financial Services Committee.
