A series with Accenture, this session will explore the implications of GenAI for the banking sector. Since the advent of GenAI, bankers have been contemplating the application of AI technology to banking services and operations.

Recently, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority released an article titled "Manpower Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence," which discusses the implications of AI for manpower and emphasises the need for banks to plan ahead for workforce planning and training strategies. This seminar focuses on providing a foundational view of how banks' manpower strategies can respond to these changes.

Details on how to join will be sent via email by 5:00 PM the day before the webinar.
