Shaman serves as Chair of BritCham’s Real Estate Committee and as Senior Director Asia, Valuation & Advisory at Colliers. His expertise lies in fostering strategic partnerships and providing solutions for his clients, including hotel owners, operators and investors, private equity real estate funds, REITs, developers, serviced apartment / co-living groups, and private family offices. She also advises hotel owners in relation to the negotiation of hotel management agreements and on operational issues for hotels in Hong Kong, Greater China and South-East Asia.
