Having led a multifaceted and international career across London, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong, a former Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, Lucy decided to launch her own agency, The Leaf Group, to support creative and purpose-driven premium ecommerce brands with community building, founder profile building and project management. Alongside a co-founder, in the same year, Lucy also launched Ecomm Girls Club, a community for women in the ecommerce industry designed to build networks, forge relationships and create opportunities for one another. The community now spans 11+ markets, with over 200 active members.

With a love for bringing people together and creating opportunities, Lucy has previously launched and hosted programmes for female entrepreneurs, young executives and those looking to use sport to forge connection for HSBC and The British Chamber of Commerce. She also regularly presents events and conferences in markets such as China, the UK and Hong Kong for brands such as Hyrox, Nex Ecommerce, The Financial Alliance for Women and Ignite Investors.

Lucy holds a degree from the University of Exeter in History and International Relations, alongside a Diploma in Intelligent Marketing. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys completing fitness-related challenges, travelling and learning Mandarin.

Founded in 2017, Endowus has grown to become Asia's leading independent wealth management platform with over US$7 billion assets under advice. With licensed entities in both Hong Kong and Singapore, the firm is backed by shareholders including UBS, Citi Ventures, MUFG, Prosus and leading strategic financial institutions and venture capital firms.

Before joining Endowus, Steffanie was Managing Director at Value Partners responsible for leading the Group's Direct Distribution, Marketing and Investor Relations functions, as well as other key strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Value Partners, she was the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Director at Alibaba's fintech affiliate Ant Group, where she was responsible for driving strategic collaborations and partnerships with international financial institutions and Ant's overseas e-wallet partners, which together serves over 1.2 billion annual active users globally.

Steffanie started her career in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and Barclays in Hong Kong and holds a BS in Finance and Accounting degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She currently also serves as Co-Chair of the WealthTech and InvestTech Committee of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.
