  • Carmel Armstrong, Performance Coach and most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Love 21 Foundation, a charity dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through sports and healthy living initiatives. After a distinguished 36-year career with HSBC, Carmel transitioned to a role that aligns with her passion for community service and personal fulfilment. She will introduce coping strategies and performance-enhancing techniques that can help individuals adapt to new challenges in their post-career lives. By emphasising the mental and emotional aspects of transitioning away from full-time work, Carmel will provide attendees with tools to build resilience and maintain motivation.
