NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will hold their Annual General Meeting in person on Wednesday 18 June 2025 at 5:30pm in the Harcourt Suite, The Hong Kong Club 1 Jackson Road, Central, Hong Kong.
- To receive the annual report of the General Committee.
- To receive the annual report of the Supervisory Board.
- To receive the annual statement of accounts.
- To elect Members of the General Committee of the Chamber, in accordance with the Articles of Association adopted by the Members of the Chamber at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday 20 September 1995.
- To elect the Auditors and to fix their remuneration or determine the manner in which such remuneration is to be fixed.
- To transact further business of which notice has been received in writing by the Secretary no later than 5:00pm on 16 May 2025.
Please note prior registration is required to attend the Annual General Meeting.
